How easy is it to switch to CourtsPro from our current software? +

Very easy. We’ll guide you through the entire onboarding process—from migrating member data and reservations to training your staff. Our goal is to make the transition smooth, with minimal disruption to your operations. Most facilities are up and running within a week.

Do I need to install anything to use CourtsPro? +

No, we are a web-based application meaning we will run right on your browser. There are additional options to add other softwares such as HubSpot for SMS marketing, which could require the download of their software.

How long does it take to setup? +

We aim to get every facility setup and running in less than 1 week. We will start by running our software in parallel with your current software for a week leading upto the full-switch, so that we can ensure all kinks are discovered and offer the smoothest transition for your members.

How hard is it to learn CourtsPro? +

Our primary focus for our software is simplicity, allowing your members and employees to intuitively use the software without a large learning curve. We limit the more advanced features to the administrator, so that you can still customize the software to meet your facilities needs without making it too complicated for your members.

How long of a contract do I have to sign? +

Our advertised price is for a month-to-month contract, however, we also allow discounts if you would like to have a longer contract of a year or more.

What kind of support do I have once joining CourtsPro? +

We want to provide you with the best support possible. You will have a direct contact with us for emergency situations aswell as a consistent line of communication, so that we can evolve our software to suit your needs. You can also email support@courtspro.org with any issues.

What happens if I want to switch to another software, will I lose my data? +

The data from your facility is always YOURS. We will not try to keep you as a customer by attempting to hold your data hostage, you are free to switch softwares at any time if CourtsPro is not the right fit for your clubs needs.

Can CourtsPro scale with my business? +

YES. Our initial launch focus is on individual facilities, not franchises. However, our next big development in the software is to make the best franchise management software solution, so that revenue-splits and analytics are made easy for companies with multiple different locations.

Does CourtsPro support seasonal facilities? +

YES. We can put your facility on pause during months where your facility is not operating, with a display showing members that you are currently closed and when you will be back in operation! The best part is, during the off-months you will not be charged.

Can I receive feedback from members through CourtsPro? +

Yes, we offer feedback forms for members, so that you can learn what your members want from them directly! No need to guess anymore, use our analytics and your members voice to make the right decisions for your club.
