Our Founder's Statement

"In 2024, while taking an Entrepreneurship class, I identified a significant problem in the pickleball facility management industry. Having worked at a pickleball facility for nearly a year, I witnessed the frustrations caused by the existing software: constant bugs that took weeks to fix, a lack of intuitive design, and new employees struggling to navigate the system. Our manager was overwhelmed, spending countless hours assisting staff with the software instead of focusing on growing the business.

At first, the idea of creating a better solution felt out of reach. I had no coding experience and no resources to hire a developer. But with the dedication, expertise, and collaboration of my co-founder and our early team, we turned this vision into reality. Together, we developed a simple, intuitive, and effective software solution that allows facility managers to focus on what matters most—running their business—without being bogged down by clunky technology. Our software just works, seamlessly supporting our customers so they can thrive."
